PRESENTING POETRY Tuesdays 13.30 - 14.45 An opportunity to prepare readings in advance of poems on a given theme with the emphasis on presenting them for enjoyment.. PSYCHOLOGY Mondays, fortnightly 14.00 - 15.05 We discuss various aspects of psychology - cognitive, social, behaviourist etc. QI GONG PRACTICE Mondays 12.35 - 13.55 and QI GONG BEGINNERS Thursdays 12.40 - 13.45 Spring and Summer Terms Qi Gong exercises help to balance body, mind and spirit to calm and release energy. RUSSIAN: POST BEGINNERS Mondays 10.30 - 11.35 For those who are confident at reading the Cyrillic alphabet and hsvr some knowledge of Russian grammar and basic phrases. RUSSIAN: IMPROVERS Mondays 11.40 - 12.45 For those who have been studying Russian for a year or more and can cope with handwritten Russian. We practise reading, writing and speaking the language.
