Simplified use of the internet – how you can help

Just an hour of your time can help to make the internet easier to use for everyone

A collaborative team are working on a project make the internet easier to use for older generations. Their idea and prototype won first prize in a technology competition. The team want to develop it further and make it available for everyone to use. In order to do this, they need your help to better understand the real-life problems you encounter online.

Ways you can help:
Talk to them about your experience using the internet
Show them how you currently browse the internet
Use an early trial version of what they create and give them your feedback
